CREATIVE DIRECTION
The challenge for Ritz-Carlton Visa was getting people to realize that their rewards credit card wasn't only about the hotels and could be used for many additional things. I came up with the concept of doors opening not into a room or a hotel lobby, but rather outward, onto a richer overall experience. Applications for the card increased by 20% during the run of the ad.
